Walker Rangemaster
Walker Rangemaster
The Walker Rangemaster is a modified version of the Dallas Rangemaster, a classic 1960s effect unit that is often referred to as a “treble booster”. In contrast to modern clean boosts, the Walker Rangemaster is gritty, putting it more in the category of dirty boost, or overdrive. We have found that the stock tone is very well suited for lead playing, and shines when pushing an already gritty tone.

The Walker Rangemaster includes a Tone switch to select between three voices (the stock treble boost, a midrange boost, or a full-range boost) to further enhance the Walker's capabilities, and a voltage inverter allowing the Walker Rangemaster to be powered by standard pedal power supplies.
