The Obsessive Distortion is an overdrive/distortion that has similarities found in other Tubescreamer™  style circuits but  does not use typical diode clipping. Instead, the Obsessive Distortion uses Mosfets to voltage reference, instead of the common "to ground" configuration.  There is also a Boost switch, which adjusts the output gain and cutting ability by changing the boosted frequency to a brighter one.

Controls

• Volume - Sets the overall output level

• Tone - Passive tone control that attenuates more high frequency signal as it is turned counter-clockwise

• Gain - Controls the gain - from a slightly dirty boost to medium overdrive

• 6-way clipping selector
